Please note the complimentary next day UK delivery includes mainland UK and excludes the UK Highlands and Islands.
UK mainland next day delivery is valid on weekdays: (you must order before 10.45am).
For example: order on Thursday morning before 10.45am and receive your products on Friday – with an allocated one hour delivery slot from DPD our chosen carrier. If you order after 10.45am on a Thursday, your order would be prepared on Friday and received on Monday.

This is valid on Monday to Thursday and for next day delivery order before 10.45am. This is complimentary for UK mainland orders.
For example, order by 10.45 am on Thursday and receive your products on Friday.
Order after 10.45am on Thursday, you will receive your order on Monday as we do not offer next day weekend deliveries.

Returned products must be unused and unopened in a re-saleable condition. You may return the items within 28 days from receiving your order. We highly recommend your goods are carefully wrapped to maintain their pristine condition in transit and be returned to us via registered post/trackable courier. We cannot be held responsible for parcels in transit until they reach our returns address and have been signed for.
We reserve the right to refuse a refund if any aspect of the goods are opened, marked, damaged and non-saleable. Please include a printed invoice with the return (that was emailed to you) so we can track your order. Please include your contact details and the reason for return. Once the return has been inspected and approved as saleable, your refund will be authorised and you will be informed of this by email (so please ensure we have all of your contact details in the returns note) allow up to 7 days days for return made within UK and up to 14 days for returns made from Europe – to reach us. Once the return is authorised allow up to 5 days working days for your refund to appear on your card. You will be reimbursed to your original payment method.

Legally you have the right to cancel an order within 14 days from receipt. If you wish to cancel your order, please notify us by email via our contact page to Customer Service. The items must be returned unopened, unmarked and in their original state and saleable. We highly recommend your goods be returned via registered post or a trackable courier as we cannot be held responsible for parcels in transit until they reach our address and have been signed for.
Unfortunately orders cannot be altered or amended once they have been processed.
If you wish to return a gift, this can be exchanged for another product or a Gift Card, you must provide the receipt. Please follow our returns policy above. Refunds will only be made to the credit/debit card of the original purchase. Gifts can be returned up to 28 days from receipt.
We would be very disappointed if your products were not in perfect working condition. In the unlikely event that you receive a faulty item please contact Mermaid HQ immediately. You will be offered a refund or exchange.
