Are Susie Mermaid skincare ingredients organic?

Our formulations range from 64% to 98% organic. If you are interested in stocking our products please get in touch and the full ingredients INCI list can be provided.

Where are your skincare products made?

All of our manufacture takes place in England in the United Kingdom. We formulate in small batches with love and care.

How do I become a Stockist?

Can I book a treatment with Susie?

To book a treatment with Susie visit our ‘Treatments’ page where you can make an online booking at the London venue.

Susie also partner’s with international Spa’s as a Visiting Practitioner.

Susie may also be booked as a travelling private therapist. Please get in touch with your request.

Are your skincare products suitable for vegans?

Yes, our skincare products are vegan friendly.

Are your products tested on animals?

Absolutely not, we adore animals and our formulations are cruelty free.

Do your products contain parabens?

No, our products do not contain parabens, they are formulated without GMO, petrochemicals, synthetic colour, synthetic fragrance, carcinogens, nitrosamines, PEGS (polyethylene glycols), SLS (Sodium Lauryl Sulfate), SLES (sodium laureth sulfate) or mineral oil.

Is your packaging recyclable?

Yes, our product jars are made from premium quality recyclable, upcyclable glassware. The boxes are also recyclable.

Do you provide samples?

What skin types are your products suitable for?

Susie Mermaid skincare is suitable for all skin types. We always recommend that you do a spot test and wait 24 hours when trying any new product.

I have a medical condition/skin concern

If you have a specific medical condition or skin issue, and are worried that any of the ingredients may be contraindicated with your condition, then please seek advise from your healthcare practitioner before use.

I am pregnant, do you use essential oils?

Our skincare contains a tiny safe amount of essential oil this is because do not contain any synthetic perfume. We use essential oils for their therapeutic properties and gentle aromas. If you have any concerns about using Susie Mermaid when pregnant, then please be sure to take advice from your healthcare provider before use.

Why has my Body Butter has turned pink in colour?

Our formulations contain a majority of natural ingredients, daily usage allows air to enter the product, this can cause a pink colour phenomenon. Citral in essential oils can give off a pinkish colour, however your product is still perfectly safe to use and the preservative effectiveness tests have ensured its safety.
